Mandarin House Investigation Team to Australia

In order to further Chinese language teaching in Australia, Mandarin House is sending a professional investigation team to Australia which will include almost all of Mandarin House`s top management. The excursion is a great chance for us to research and collaborate with other like-minded schools. This thorough inquiry will last for more than a week and our staff members will carefully look over local developments in teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and other cities.

As a part of this investigation Mandarin House will visit Australian Confucius Institutes and Chinese language schools to consider their professional and academic development. We will also speak with Chinese teacher’s associations as well as students of all levels learning Chinese to gain multiple fresh perspectives. The qualifications of teachers and needs of the students are two elements of learning that are at the forefront of our approach and learning about how they are addressed in Australia will be an important insight. After the conclusion of this trip, Mandarin House will have a more complete understanding of the development of Chinese language teaching in Australia as well as their preferred activities, resources and tools.

This investigation will be of great significance and will influence our expansion. After ten years of certified successful Chinese teaching, Mandarin House is now developing our specialized innovative and personal Chinese teaching methods for the southern hemisphere.
