鹦鹉学舌

Yīngwǔ xuéshé
 

Meaning:
Repeat mechanically in the manner of a trained parrot; without one’s own opinion

Example:

她只会鹦鹉学舌,  别的什么也不会。

Tā zhǐ huì yīngwǔxuéshé, bié de shénme yě bù huì.

She can only parrot away, and do nothing else.
